This speculative residential design project explores alternative approaches to co-living. Research into different co-living models revealed that accommodating a fixed group of occupants within a shared living arrangement does not necessarily support the needs of future users. The programme is therefore divided into a single communal dwelling and multiple private dwellings, allowing users to adapt and manipulate spaces as required. The communal dwelling includes an accessible bedroom and bathroom and provides access throughout the entire dwelling. The private dwellings offer a range of configurations, accommodating scenarios such as a couple, a small family, a larger family with teenage children, or short-term guests.
